How to Reach -  Mussoorie from Mumbai?

There are no direct flight or buses or trains between Mumbai to Mussoorie. The fastest way to reach from Mumbai to Mussoorie is to take Jet Airways from Mumbai to Dehradun city then a bus or taxi form Dehradun to mussoorie.

While the hill station of Mussoorie does not have a railway station of its own, the Dehradun Railway Station which is 32 kilometres away connects to almost all parts of India.From Delhi, there are approximately 18 trains that ply to Dehradun weekly. These trains ply from Delhi Stations such as Old Delhi Station, Hazrat Nizammudin Station and New Delhi Station. 



Mussoorie By Air :


There are no direct flights to Mussoorie. However, the only way to reach Mussoorie by flight is by deboarding at the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. It lies at a distance of 57.5 km. One can easily get a taxi or bus from Dehradun to Mussoorie.

Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun District of the Indian state of Uttarakhand and Mussoorie is also known as queen of hills. It is about 35 kilometres from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range.

I spent only three days and two nights in the beautiful hill station, we felt very close to nature and if you are a nature lover then you must go there...

Dhanaulti:-

If you go to Mussoorie for three to four days, then I will suggest you that you definitely go to Dhanaulti from there. Dhanaulti is some 25km away from Mussoorie and the most fun to go to Dhanaulti is by bike because you can enjoy the beauty of Dhanaulti around the hills....
